Viewing Property Data

Learn about viewing data pertaining to a property. For most users, the purpose of visiting the Indian River County Assessor's Property Search tool is to obtain data for a particular property. The Data page, therefore, is their destination. If you have questions about how to interpret and view these Data pages, scroll through the sections below:

 

Data Sections

Property Data is divided into sections:

 

Parcel Sumary

This section highlights a few details about the parcel.

Owner Information

The owner information section displays the primary owner's name and address.

Valuation

The Valuation section contains information regarding the property's valuation for the past 5 years if available.

Historical Valuation information is also available 

Land Information

This section contains information about the land.

Building Information

This section contains information about the building.

Sub Area

This section contains information about the sub areas - values, sq. footage, etc.

Sales

This Sales tab contains information regarding the property's sales history.

Area Sales Report

Here you can search for all sales by neighborhood, subdivision, and distance from the selected parcel for a particular date range.

Tax Collector

This is a link to the Indian River County, FL Tax Collector website.

Sketch Tab

The Sketch tab contains a graphic representation of the property's primary building layout.

Trim Notice

The Trim Notice contains information regarding the property's tax breakdown. There is a link for each of the past 4 years' Trim Notices if available. 

 

Forms, Filings, Applications, etc.

This section of the property data page is for submitting questionnaire forms, filing for ag classification, filing for portability, scheduling an appointment with our office, or submitting an application for the Homestead Exemption.
